We started Shop & Scale Partners because the brands we admired kept being let down by agencies that sold senior and delivered junior. We built the partner we wished we had.
Our partners and leads have run ecommerce for brands, led platform teams and shipped more than 140 storefront launches between them. We know what it is like to explain a missed launch to a CEO, which is why we obsess over the boring parts: data, redirects, rehearsals and monitoring.
Today we are a distributed team of engineers, architects, designers and growth strategists across North America and Europe. We stay deliberately small so that every client works directly with senior people.
We are certified across Shopify Plus, BigCommerce, Adobe Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud and commercetools, and we have built from scratch when that was genuinely the right call.

Neel founded Shop & Scale Partners after a decade building and scaling ecommerce for high-growth brands, leading replatforms, headless builds and growth programs across Shopify Plus, enterprise platforms and custom stacks. He leads client strategy and stays hands-on in every engagement.
